A few examples of recent accomplishments. We:

  • Demonstrated the relationship between employee well-being and performance to 900 managers in an industrial group. The firm obtained an international award for the high quality of this undertaking and its results.
  • Mediated a harassment situation within the Human Resources Department of a large international bank. A cross-border situation.
  • Guided and supported employees during a merger/acquisition between two companies of different nationalities.
  • Implemented a psychosocial risk prevention system for all of the divisions of a major French firm.
  • Trained the HR team of a large bank on managing discrimination at the office.
  • Developed managerial strategy with the executive committee of a corporation with more than 5,000 employees in France.
  • Managed a challenging labor dispute between a company and one of its departments, within the headquarters of a major corporation.
